Sansraen: HELP!!
So, dog soldiers then? That’ll end well…
Dog Soldiers was a great short animation! Those guys were seriously bad ass. But yea…something similar for sure.
Okay Kragie, time things got hairy: get him boy!
😀
Yea man!
oh my… that must hurt a lot…
nice transition from… semi human?… to werewolf…
Something like that, yes. Thank you! I puzzled over that one for quite a while before I settled on a style for the transformation.
Sasquatch fer din-dins, anyone?
Sasquatch is my nemesis. He has not made it into the comic yet. When he does, it will be armageddon.
Just give him the Jack Link’s Beef Jerky, already!!! It’s not nice to keep “Messin’ with Sasquatch!”
Looks like she kept her hand, that will make ‘repairing’ the injury a little easier
Yes. If anyone survives to heal her, that is.
[aside] Today’s invotive is superb (not to deny that the previous ones were less than stellar).
Thank you! I am very glad you enjoyed it.
Yeah, been reading KotB for some time now, actually have that campaign (one of the few at all actually) and attempted to play it way back in the late 80’s (almost exactly 30 years), butt it was just me and mum so… we didn’t get far, believe we managed to get to the first cave (ended up with barrels of spears that we decided to bury rather than attempt to lug back to the Keep)
Used the layout of the keep as the basis for the keep of main character back then: Dillan, Son of Dillan, Lord of Dillandria (he was a dwarf of some sort)
I seriously miss me some D&D.
I’m happy that she succeded freeing herself but I think she also broke her wrist by the smashing rock. So, wouldn’t it be better if she had smashed the chain instead of the lock ?
Just a thought 🙂
Take too long
Like that scene at the end of the first Mad Max movie, where Max catches that prick that causes accidents by handcuffing him to the crashed car and dropping a hacksaw beside him, basically saying it would be quicker to hack his foot off than to hack through the cuffs
Found the scene (for anyone interested)
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1UbSL3Bri4E
Oh, and in case anyone hasn’t seen the whole movie: Johnny the Boy caused the accident
YouTube has blocked the scene for, I think, copyright reason.
Just search for “Mad Max Hacksaw”, it’s the final scene before the end of the movie (the original 1979 movie)
Yup. They stole the idea for the movie Saw. Stole, reused, whatever.
Homaged the shit out of it 😛
The idea was that the chain was too strong to be broken by the stone. I wanted to throw in a couple of panels showing her struggling with it, but cut them for space reasons.
Thought she already struggled with it, prior to picking up the rock
Just saw the KotB invotive showing Maeye and Aray being stalked while getting wet
Different style butt retains enough detail to recognize the girls (including Aray’s belly-scar and Maeye’s lip-ring)
I love the style and am happy beyond words that someone else would take the time to draw our girls. 😀
Friends, I am very sorry to say that my next page will be late again this week. I will have it up by Wednesday. Apologies for the delay!
Ever since I first conceived of this chapter, I have had this vision of the climatic battle being held in a meadow of tall grass in a clearing in the center of the forest. For the most part, the images are coming out looking the way I imagined, but it has been a serious, major, gigantic pain in the ass dealing with all of this grass and this massive forest in the background. Anyway, enough stalling. Back to work!
It will be epic, and worth it 😀
