Two Days Later
Seydah: So this is what I still don't understand...
Seydah: If Rosata wanted Briegielle why didn't she take her from you when she put you under that spell all those years ago?
Arayanna: Two reasons.
Arayanna: First, Brigielle cannot be taken from me. She can only be given or bequeathed.
Arayanna: And second, and probably more important, she did not want Brigielle at the time. She only wanted Kiergielle.

2a.
Maeye: Becuase Kiergielle grants whoever holds her extended life.
Arayanna: She has other powers as well, but I think, yes, the longevity is what Rosata was after.
Seydah: And why didn't she just kill you outright? Why the statis spell?
Arayanna: Rosata was not all evil. She was selfish and could be ruthless, but she was not evil. At least back then.
Arayanna: But, I do not think the years were kind to her. She was certainly lost in the end.
Fiet: I'll say.

3a.
Seydah: So, when she found you were here, she kidnapped you and tried to get you to turn over Briegielle?
Arayanna: Yes.
Seydah: And in order to escape you made a pact with yet another demon or spirit or whatever.
Arayanna: Yup. That about sums it up.
Fiet: This new spirit, Corvus, do you trust him?
Arayanna: I am not sure. He seemed reasonable, but I got the impression he would annihilate me without concern if it served his goals.
Fiet: And you made a deal with him anyway?
Arayanna: I did not really have a choice.

4a.
Seydah: So now what? What is the plan?
Arayanna: I think we've had enough of Foyyt. Maeye and I are going to head outside the city and find a nice secluded inn to
stay in for the next few days. Then we have other business to attend to.
4b. Seydah reaching out to Aray
Seydah: I would stay by your side if you will have me.
Arayanna: I would, but on this particular mission, I cannot. You cannot go with us. It is complicated.

5a.
Maeye: But, we were hoping you will be with us again after.
Seydah: It would be my pleasure to continue to serve you.
Maeye: Seydah, you do not serve us. You are our friend.
Seydah: Yes. Thank you. I am still struggling to get used to that. But, thank you.
5b.
Arayanna: So, if you are willing, we have some letters and belongings that we would like you to take to our home.
And then we will meet you there when we return.
Seydah: Your home is in Bentl, yes?
Arayanna: Yes.
Seydah: I have never been. IT would be my honor and my pleasure to do this for you.

6a. Maeye hugging and kissing Seydah on the cheek
Arayanna: Wonderful. Thank you.
6b. Cliste enters
Arayanna: Cliste! You made it!
Cliste: An all expenses paid spa day on Guardian Irio's tab? I would not miss it for the world.

7a. Cliste lying on massage bed
Maeye: How about you, Cliste? Want to join us in Bentl?
Cliste: Thank you, but no. My place is here.
Fiet: Well then, I think we should make the best of this day.
Arayanna: Agreed.
7b. Fiet massaging Cliste. Aray and Maeye in front. Maeye settling next to Aray.
Arayanna: I know I could use some rest and relaxation.
Maeye: You ok love?

8a. Fiet on top of Cliste
Arayanna: Yes. I'm just feeling a little...
Maeye: Worn out? Exhausted? Spread thin? Rode hard and put away wet?
Arayanna: Yes. Those things.
8b. Maeye close to Aray. Close up.
Maeye: Loved?
Arayanna: Yes. More than anything, that is what keeps me going.
