Hm, not a lot of phonological similarity, do “nork” and “koor” have similar meanings?
Korin kinda looks like she’s iridescing in the sun, but comparing panels, her color pattern remains constant. She just has really pretty patterns :J It’s kinda sad she’ll never be able to appreciate that…

Hmm, makes me wonder if Korin really did mean goosebumps, at first was thinking she had detected… something else, how long has it been since we last saw Gus and Ryder? o_O
I appreciate that Aray is training like a true fighter. After all, a girl has got to stay in shape! 😉 It is wonderful that she and Maeye are getting some time to relax and experience a home life together. They deserve a break. 😀
Yup – that happened when she almost died in chapter 5. I had a hell of a time getting it to look right in the third panel. I messed with it again later, and I think it looks a little better in the Aray Workout image I posted on DA.
I cringed when I saw how close Korin’s claws/fingernails were to Maye’s eyes. I mean, seriously! It would be so, so easy to accidentally scratch or poke Maye’s eye with one of those when the person is literally blind.
When I originally scripted out this page, I had Korin poking Maeye in the eye and the whole thing turning silly and slapstick. Decided to go sexy instead.

Aray looks like she is burning away some angst and stress. I would not want to be that pole she is punching, that is for sure. 😀

Did Aray get the ability to grow? The third row down she looks about twice the size of Maeye, but seems to have shrunk back by the final panel.

I thought the same but I think that Korin somehow knows that Maeye’s eyes are there and so to be more carefull.
