Finally getting around to adding a transcript for each new page so folks can translate this into different languages. Does anyone use a translation software they could check to see if this works? If this works I will start going backwards and filling in the backed pages.
Did a quick cut-and-paste into the online Babylon Translator and sent it to German. My German is more than a little rusty but the result looked okay. Did not preserve paragraphs so it will need some reformatting.
I for one would be happy to help type dialogue in. Just give me a chapter and a place to send the results.
Thank you for testing that out! Any help you wanted to give would be greatly appreciated. I would say just start at the beginning. I have scripts for most of the later pages, but I lost a lot of my work for the earlier chapters. You can send files to me here: feori@yahoo.com.
Another amazing page! Thanks for all of your hard work on it. It seems like the merchant isn’t evil, but this does raise the question of what he is, where he comes from, and what exactly he gets out of all this soul-trading. Questions aside, I’m looking forward to the rescue mission!
The Merchant definitely has a side to him that most of us moral folk would not like. He is perfectly willing to do just about anything to get what he wants. He lacks a moral compass and is driven solely by whatever it is that he desires.
Thank you for explaining Sha’s deal, and how it doesn’t contradict anything
Does this mean that Sha isn’t dead? What happens to her body in ‘Hell’ when she gets summoned? If there is no ‘body’ left behind, wouldn’t her ‘owner’ get pissed and punish her even harder? o_O
Posted this on the other page, but thought I would go ahead and copy it here:
Some spirits, when sommoned, only their spirit travels and their body stays behind wherever it is. This can be very inconvienant and is responsible for numerous car accident on some planets. Other spirits are fully summoned, meaning their entire body disappears from where it is and then their essence is transported to the summoner – like Sha’ag. Some spirits just live inside their token and do not have any other existence – like Mr. Bear. Some are more real when they are summoned than when they are at rest – like Fiet.
Nice page which answers a lot of questions about Fiet & Sha. I always wondered where they came from and how they became spirits. Thanks for explaning it.
You do mean that Sha’s world was like Hell but not being Hell, right ? After reading this page I got the feeling that a new story (or chapter) is starting to form.
Sha’ag’s world is very hell like. It is inhabited by demon like critters who live for the suffering of others. I wrote part part of a story once where a guy went there by accident and actually escaped with one of Sha’ag’s sisters. I’ll have to see if I can dig that up…
Noticed that about Sha’s dress as well
If you look closely at panels six and eleven, Maeye’s and Aray’s hair is affected, both being blown to their right
LOL! Strategically placed at just the right height so that you can just barely almost see something. I have caught myself trying to look upward from the bottom edge of my monitor a couple of times. 🙂
Some vendors are much better at applying morphs to their products than others. Sha’ags hair and dress move much more easily than Maeye’s and Aray’s. It’s a little frustrating actually. You pay good money for these products but you really don’t know how good they are until you buy and try.
I learned some really cool tricks this week on how to create my own morphs and deformers. Lots of work to do yet to perfect it, but it should help with this stuff going forward.

Thank you!!
Typo, 2nd panel: “live or forever” rather than “live on forever”. Your transcript is correct.
Thanks. Dammit.

Thank you very much!

I find it odd that Sha’s hair and dress react to the (high) wind but neither Arayanna’s nor Maeye’s hair does that too. Or am I seeing it wrong ?

You’re right. I must have looked over it.
Easy to overlook, when you are trying to look up Sha’s dress 😉

Just like in real life: not all hair or fabrics will move in the same way 🙂
